Shelly GAS AddOn Manipulator is a motor operated valve actuator, an accessory to Shelly Gas sensor products (CNG and LPG versions).
By connecting the AddOn directly to the Shelly Gas sensor, the sensor will automatically shut off the gas using the motorized valve actuator when the gas is detected.
It's a Plug & Play solution, no configuration required to make it work. Just connect the AddOn to sensor and done.
Installation:
- In the case of CNG, the AddOn must be attached to the gas pipe with the clamp provided with the product, compatible with 1/2 inch, 3/4 inch, 1 inch, 1.25 inch, 1.5 inch, etc. pipes. Then attach the AddOn to the manual valve throttle using the screws and accessories provided.
- In the case of gas cylinders, AddOn must be connected to the section between the gas cylinder and the pressure reducer.
If you remove the safety lock on the bottom of the AddOn, the gas valve can be also operated manually.
