You can connect the device locally to your hub via USB, through a wired Ethernet connection — even powering it using PoE — or wirelessly over Wi-Fi. The SLZB-MR1 is the latest and most powerful Zigbee + Thread gateway, featuring a multiprotocol architecture that allows simultaneous operation of Zigbee and Thread networks using two separate chips. This makes it an ideal future-proof and flexible solution for Home Assistant, Zigbee2MQTT, ZHA, or even Matter-based systems.
