The Shelly LOQED Touch Smart Lock 2S is a motorised smart lock for Euro-profile door locks, offering smartphone, PIN-code and touch-based unlocking. The lock communicates with the phone via Bluetooth, while remote access is provided through the included LOQED Bridge connected to the Wi-Fi network. According to the manufacturer, the motor in the 2S version locks or unlocks the door in approximately 2 seconds.

The external Touch Display supports PIN-code unlocking and the Touch to Open function. Touch to Open uses the phone's location data, Bluetooth connection, and the lock's internal and external Bluetooth antennas to determine whether an authorised user is located on the outside of the door. Digital keys, time-limited access permissions, guest links and automatic locking functions can be managed in the LOQED app.

The LOQED Touch Smart Lock 2S can also be integrated into the Shelly Smart Control system. The connection is established through the LOQED account; from the Shelly app, the lock can be opened, switched to day or night lock mode, its status can be used as a condition in automations, and it can also be controlled as part of Shelly scenes. Detailed management of keys, PIN codes and access permissions continues to be handled in the LOQED app.

Additional features

• Euro-profile lock required: The LOQED Touch Smart Lock 2S is compatible only with doors using Euro-profile lock cylinders. It cannot be used directly with UK oval, Scandinavian or Swiss round lock profiles.
• Multipoint locks: Can also be used with three-, five- and seven-point locking mechanisms, provided they otherwise meet the compatibility requirements.
• Doors requiring handle lifting: Can be used with doors where the handle must be lifted before locking; the handle still needs to be lifted manually.
• External module: The external Touch Display has a weather-resistant design.
