The Heatit WiFi7 is a 230 V, 16 A Wi-Fi/Bluetooth thermostat for controlling electric heating and hydronic heating systems. Its built-in relay supports a maximum load of 3600 W / 16 A with resistive loads. In addition to thermostat operation, the device can also be used as a simple ON/OFF relay or as a power regulator. For loads above 13 A, the manufacturer recommends using a contactor.
The thermostat has a built-in room temperature sensor and supports up to two additional wired external temperature sensors, for example for floor temperature and external room temperature measurement. Regulation can be based on hysteresis or PWM control, and a sensorless power regulator mode is also available. Its three main operating modes are Heat, Cool and Eco.
The Heatit WiFi7 uses 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi and Bluetooth LE communication. It can be controlled from the MyHeatit app, with weekly schedules, Home, Away, Night and Work profiles, power monitoring and remote configuration options. The local API allows the thermostat to be integrated with a local gateway, server or automation system without requiring a cloud connection. It can also communicate with other compatible Heatit devices via DirectLink and BlueFusion.
About Heatit
Heatit offers Norwegian-developed heating control and smart home products. Its range includes wall-mounted and DIN rail-mounted thermostats, Z-Wave and Wi-Fi controllers, relays, sensors, heating cables and electric heating solutions.
Depending on the model, Heatit smart thermostats use Wi-Fi, Bluetooth or Z-Wave communication. Wi-Fi-based MyHeatit products can be managed through the manufacturer's own app, while selected models can also be controlled through a local API and third-party smart home integrations.
